I am one of Israel’s leading quality management consultants, having guided numerous organizations to ISO accreditation (including ISO 9001 and ISO 17025), and am the first quality consultant in Israel to provide guidance for ISO 15189 accreditation. ISO 15189 is the quality standard for medical laboratories, and specifies the particular requirements of a quality system needed for a medical environment.

 

I do more than simply guide my clients towards achieving quality certifications and accreditations--I help them develop an effective quality culture. Under my direction, the national blood bank of Magen David Adom and the medical laboratories at both campuses of Hadassah Hospital, became the first organizations in the country to adopt ISO 15189--not because of any outside requirement, but because they themselves recognized the value of adopting it.

 

To achieve this quality culture, I bring to bear both my wide-ranging experience with all aspects of quality systems--as a bench worker, QA manager, coordinator at the Israel Laboratory Accreditation Authority, lead assessor, and quality consultant--and my ability to create an environment of cooperation so that staff are willing to make significant changes to their work habits.
